1. Acceptance
By using shopecut.com or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not submit the form. You must be at least 16 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian where required.
2. The pre-launch waitlist
The waitlist records interest in an unreleased product. It is not a purchase, reservation of a particular release, employment offer, investment opportunity or guarantee of access. We may change product features, supported platforms, pricing, availability and launch timing as development continues.
We may prioritise or limit beta access for testing, capacity, security or product-fit reasons. We may remove fraudulent, automated, abusive or duplicate entries.
3. Communications
We may send a service confirmation after signup. If you separately opt in, we may also send beta invitations and occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email or by contacting hello@shopecut.com. Essential replies to a request you make are not marketing.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, probe or bypass its security, submit another person’s details without authority, automate abusive submissions, introduce malicious code, interfere with availability or use the service unlawfully.
5. Intellectual property
The Shope-cut name, visual identity, website design, copy and software are owned by or licensed to Shope-cut and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer those rights. You may link to the public website and quote short extracts with attribution, but may not copy the site or imply endorsement.
You retain rights in information you submit. You give us only the limited permission needed to store and use it for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Availability and external services
The website and waitlist are provided on an “as available” basis. We aim for reliability but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. The service relies on third-party infrastructure, and links to third-party sites are provided for convenience rather than endorsement.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, because the current waitlist is free, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunity, lost revenue or loss caused by reliance on an anticipated feature or launch date.
Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
8. Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, while mandatory rights in your place of residence continue to apply. Contact hello@shopecut.com with questions.
